Totally wrong on number three. Never let your dog poop on someone else’s lawn, period. Poop cannot be picked up off of grass completely. People don’t want to walk through their own lawn or have their kids play on their own lawn and get poop on their shoes and bring it inside.
Ugh. This reminds me of the first home my spouse and I bought. We found an affordable place in a new development that just happened to be kind of on the outskirts of the town we lived in. I guess we didn’t get the memo that most of the people buying there did so as an investment so they could turn them into rentals.…
Rockwells’ bit is being a racist.
I live in a strata complex (kind of like an HOA) and had an argument with one of my neighbors over his children playing in the courtyard of the property. This isn’t a large spacious courtyard. Think two rows of townhouses with a thin strip of pavers with some shrubbery between the rows. I’d say about two meters wide…
Those ‘Buck Fiden’ signs are annoying as hell, it’s like the person is hurr hurring because they’re saying ‘Fuck Biden’ but not actually saying it. Grown up comedy wow!
Yeah I’ve lived across the street from the drug house, it sucks.
That’s his “Stairway to Heaven”.
His “Born To Run” is “Tim Allen couldn’t possibly have flashed Pam Anderson because there wasn’t a team of witnesses with cameras in the room with them.
Its their entire identities and are in a cult.
Dude. Literally your last dozen posts (sorry I couldn’t stomach to go back farther... further?) have been you moaning about how white people are the REAL victims in society. At least find a new song to play.
And weirdly, they’re the ones who think everyone else is brainwashed. Like... when has anyone every kept political signs out for literally years?
Indeed. It would make more sense if it read:
Because it’s a CULT.
We still have multiple houses in our neighborhood with Trump 2020 flags hanging in front of their door. I don’t care about my neighbors political beliefs specifically, but just... why?
Leaf blowers should be banned.
He says again “Good fences make good neighbors”
Neighbors also live in the same building. We share waste bins. The trash company will not empty the compost bin with stuff like plastic bottles, soda cans and plastic bags filled with mostly trash in it. I put up a very carefully worded, polite note. I’ve had to pick through the bin several times to make sure it got…
Absolutely correct - I will put what I damn well please in my yard - you’re not an HOA telling me what I can and cannot have out there.
The title makes no sense - if you’re a “decent neighbor” then how do you have seven sins?
What about being too “friendly”? When I first moved into my house my next door neighbor was a guy who would talk at me for a minimum of 5 minutes every time we saw each other, even subsequent times in the same day. It got to the point where if I was outside doing something I’d hide in my garage and wait for him to go…
