I really hope this whole Ukraine thing completely blows up in Putin’s face. It’s definitely looking that way as Russia’s economy is in absolute shambles after less than a week.

People love to talk about legalizing weed, but to me, the far more important issues are legalizing assisted suicide and sex work. Help the people who are suffering, THEN worry about a legal high.

I haven’t seen my reason for not watching pop up yet in the comments so I’ll put in my two cents: I stopped watching long ago because I stopped *caring* long ago (and I love film).

So I’ll preface by saying I’m not an Academy member. I’m a filmmaker, but not terribly connected to the industry, since I mainly do documentaries. I’m no expert. This is more my opinion as to why the Oscar ratings are tanking.
