As a non-African American minority, I love hearing stories like this. Mainly because it shows the bullshit minorities in general have to deal with in the justice system.

As you noted, very complicated politically. But with a new right wing government, it is a possibility. I agree that Iranians are smart people, and not many are fanatics. But people around the world may have said that about Americans pre-9/11.
