the cougar name did jump around quite a bit. it had started out as a rebadged and spiffed up mustang then just went from there, always rebadging something else. I think this iteration wasn't a rebadge though but it could just be that i have no idea what it rebadged.

there was an article a while back about criminals using some kind of luxury sedan with a custom twin engine build to tow away cars that they wanted to steal. that was AWD was it? anyone recall what that car is? my google-fu is failing to find it
