No just no. Remember John was explicitly focused on the console versions above all before porting the game over to PC with massive visual culling issues and lack of AMD support for a full month.
I absolutely hated R.A.G.E. To this day, it remains the sole reason why I no longer pre-ordering titles.

Just to be fair, I spend 90% of my time driving(car) on the highway. Never have I seen anyone on a bike driving that dangerously. Most bikers, even the kids on R1’s drive defensively in the thick of traffic. Most bikers know to stay within 10mph of other cars when splitting lanes.
