Any sports pre-game show is garbage.

Unpopular opinion (well maybe not so unpopular, since the article talks about “old school Top Gear”).
The more I grew up and got more and more enthusiastic about cars, the more I got less enthusiastic about Top Gear.

I started noticing that the car “reviews” followed always the same format:
- “oh no, this is an

“Gas Monkey, more like Ass Monkey”

Doing the good work here.

I like him more in the media then on track. And I like him more then his dad.

Honestly, Vettel was like that when he started out with Red Bull too.

Ahhh, where to begin. Honestly, it mostly comes down to his attitude. And I don’t just mean the guy’s a dick, that’s almost to be expected at the highest level of any sport. Unlike many other sports out there, motorsport in particular puts you in a place that is very dangerous to you and those around you.

Boom. Comment section no longer required to answer this question, we have the only needed response.

Tucks his ears into flatbrim hats.

I’m in the same boat. Anyone besides a Red Bull driver having a chance to take the crown from Lewis I’d be all over it (especially if it was Lando!). Hell a part of me was rooting for Max a little bit at the start of the season but with last weekends antics I just want it to be anyone but Max at this point. And if we

Christian Horner is such an insufferable windbag that it’s almost unbelievable. At this point, if literally anyone else was in the position of challenging to end Mercedes’ dominance I would be rooting for them, even Ferrari (which is hard as a long-time McLaren fan who has always considered Ferrari the hated rivals).

I actually enjoyed the show as I did like seeing some of the “behind-the-scenes” stuff, such as contract discussions and internal team meetings.

“They faked a few rivalries, which they don’t really exist,” he said. “So I decided to not be a part of it and did not give any more interviews after that because then there is nothing you can show. I am not really a dramatic show kind of person, I just want facts and real things to happen.”

Take water fording for example. Which of these is rated for deeper water fording?

Jim, I know you frequent sites like this so I could ask you personally - whats the story with trail rated anyway? I feel like its such a secret and closed standard with such a variety of applications its hard to take seriously.

All of this sounds like someone who doesnt work in an office.  No one gives a shit about any of these things.  No one is laughing at the Olds for saying Presentation instead of Slide Deck.

In this case indirect diesel injection is still a form of direct injection, when compared to throttle body injection.

Then what’s the point? I might as well be driving normally.

EQXX Wagon, please!
