You fail to see the big picture here. Sure if the client keeps the car forever no harm, I’ve stated that already. But if he sells that car he either needs to disclose and take a loss of value. Or be dishonest and the next client could be screwed “if” the battery itself or electronic controller inside fails. Not only a

Did you not read the article? He didn’t have that so insurance denied him.

I’m going throw in power steering pumps from the late 90 to early 2000 teens power steering pumps on Mercedes. I always found it odd not to be able to rebuild pumps anymore during this time. Sure we've past hydraulic pumps these days but it always struck me as odd.

There are a lot of people on here confusing hard to get to with not servicable.

I live in space... prove me wrong

I’d ather see that money spent on cleaning abondoned fishing gear out of the ocean. But whatever I guess.

Shade gets you clicks

To the guy that is pending approval asking if it matters if his warranty is void. Yes, it absolutely does. If he keeps the car and is ok paying later then no. But if he sells then yes. Heck even a insurance company could decide not to pay if they learn the factory would honor a warranty due to tampering.

Might be true, but also ase of 25 years. Plastic around brass fittings tend to crack. I wouldn't be so concerned about the brass. Just whether or not the plastic will hold the fitting over time. That said I wouldn’t be concerned with short term or sudden catastrophic failure.

As far as electric cars are concerned... it’s not just tesla with expensive battery packs. Hell even a gas car that was just released with a new engine release. Run something over that puts a hole in your oil pan and keep driving. See how much that short in supply engine costs.

It's fine as long he doesn't sell the car.

No, they absolutely refurbish them. Though the casing would be trashed.

One big point that I don’t see mentioned here is that his battery pack has now been tampered with. Any future problems will be void of warranty.

Not to mention any warranty on that battery is now void. Which I guess he would have had to pay for anyway.

Beside the potential to also crack off. The fitting for the hose has no flare and may work itself off.

Sounds somewhat useless for an already finished and painted house.

Got your clicks did you?

You were duped by Andrew Liszewski. It’s an entertainment satire video. All pedestrians are in on it. Go watch the video and read the description. Don’t believe blogger bullshit, they’re just after your clicks.

Aactually Andrew Liszewski is the asshole for duping you into thinking this guy was an ass. It's an entertainment video made for youtube. All the pedestrians are in on it. Go watch the video and read the description.

Actually Andrew Liszewski is the piece of shit that duped you into thinking this video wasn’t made solely for entertainment. You should actually watch the whole video and read the description. Everyone in the video is in on it. He is having some fun making a device that he recommends to not do, for YouTube
