Those of us that live in cities. Scoot is renting Renault Twizys (a.k.a “Nissan Mobility Concept”) in my neighborhood, and they are 100% awesome for short trips to the grocery store etc. It’s way better than a golf cart when it’s raining, and way better than a bike when you’re going uphill.
