Spoken like someone who has never worked in the service industry. Just shake the abuse off, for sure. It’s absolutely that easy. Definitely there are structures in place for you to “pass anger up” to management. Definitely they are not using their staff as a human shield to avoid that.

I think there should be a law that everyone has to wait tables for a year. Kind of like how some countries have mandatory military service, have mandatory server service. It would make people a lot more understanding.
