She doesn’t look overweight....give her one! She likes the way they smell, bet she would like a taste. One of mine loves her some chips/crackers/salty treats, and the sharing is some seriously cute bonding.

I wonder how long you have known Em? I rescued two cats from different neglect/abuse situations. I had no expectations of them, but a year later, I was bummed at how little physical affection they showed. Forward three years, and the situation has greatly improved.

Clearly, that smart boy wants your husband to lose his job and be a stay-at-home cat dad. It’s a compliment, really.

My boy and Girl. She is obsessed with food, to the point she chews any crinkly plastic she can find if super hungry. We recently discovered munching roasted seaweed, she loves the texture and comes running when the package is opened. Nobody else I would rather share it with!

I have yet to meet one who was resentful without good reason. I’m not convinced it’s in their wheel house, or simply our human interpretation of feline actions. Dogs, maybe. They work up self-righteous indignation when slighted. Not that there is anything wrong with it.
