Well I figured it would be Janine, which was confirmed as soon as Lydia started talking about the worst sin being trying to kill a baby or something.

I was hoping June would claw Serena's face off… I'm still hoping something like that happens. I was shaking with anger as Offred was screaming in the car.

I was on pins and needles with the finale, expecting horrible things to happen during every scene. Offred with all those letters scattered around her- I was sure someone would walk in and catch her. I was so afraid for Moira - so very thankful she got a happy ending. I can't wait for season 2.

"Preacher hasn’t been a complete mess, but-" I don't get this at all. I've been catching up on Preacher and have been enjoying each episode for what it is - a fun, darkly comedic show about a preacher, vampire, and ex-girlfriend…and the increasingly crazy stuff that goes on around them when the preacher gets

Same. Honestly I was expecting them to gun Janine down as soon as she handed off the baby.

So that's where I recognized her from! Janine looked so familiar.

Handmaid's Tale, every week you have me contemplating ways to commit suicide if I were in June's place. Sneak a knife from the kitchen, steal a plate to break and use the shards on my wrists, jump from the highest place I can get to. After this episode I realized how important it is to get it right, otherwise one

I…don't get what June sees in Nick other than maybe enjoying the sex. He's so sullen, doesn't talk much, doesn't even seem to show her much affection. It is worrisome that he joined this cult willingly while it was still in its early stages; to me, this means he was (and is) a weak person who was more interested in

I really liked this episode, especially the flashback to a time when Coco and Sam were best friends. Makes it all the more tragic when you realize exactly when things start falling apart between them. Also the actress playing Coco had a me laughing pretty hard when she told Sam to STFU between clenched fake smile

Agree with you. Plus, it's not just that Colleen is super pretty but she understands his dedication to kung fu and is fun bring along to a fight. It's refreshing to see Danny have no qualms about asking her to help him take on the bad guys.

It was the introduction of Davos where I sat up and thought "this is the show I was waiting for." While I've generally enjoyed the show much more than critics, the last few episodes were really rough with the writing, dialog, and acting. With Davos, I feel like he's the best part of the series because he's able to

I've only seen 2 episodes but I'm hoping he eventually starts wearing a mask and his stunt double can do some cool fighting on his behalf. I don't expect the actor to be master martial artist but the show should find a way to make him look convincing.

If it helps, Elektra does become likable after nearly dying.

The image that I see most often of the comic book character show him mid-kick wearing a yellow mask and green pants - screaming. Hard to picture Finn Jones getting that intense but after seeing the way he generates his iron fist at the end of the episode, maybe (eventually) we'll see something like that in the

Good to know. Marvel shows tend to make an effort to give all their characters a backstory so I expect the same for Ward.

I just watched a 30 minute AMC special featuring all the fight scenes from season 1 - pretty entertaining and a good refresher of season 1 just in time for season 2 :)

Ok, here's my opinion of the first episode. That's all I've seen.
1. Great opening credits. I like the visuals of Danny practicing kung fu with every kick tracing calligraphy lines across the screen. The cool blue background was surprising - I thought from drawings of Iron Fist that they'd go with green but blue

Anyone else think the Martian interrogator who was interviewing Bobbi looked exactly like one of her comrades who got killed in the previous episode (the actor who was also on Defiance)? I was so sure they were the same person that I thought it was a dream sequence until it became clear that Bobbi did not recognize

Glad to hear it gets better because I thought the first episode was awful. The awkward pauses for laughs reminds me why I don't like to watch shows with laugh tracks or live audiences.

I avoided watching The OA because of all the backlash from critics. I decided to subscribe to watch A Series of Unfortunate Events, which got great reviews. I couldn't get past episode 1 of A Series of Unfortunate Events but loved The OA. Santa Clarita Diet was also an unexpectedly fun series.
