If I had a billion dollars, I would still be driving myself, to the point I was a corpse behind the wheel. They will have to pry my cold dead hands off that wheel!

Uh.... do you know how much a personal driver costs? let alone a 24/7 service?
Jalopnik can do as Jalopnik pleases, even tell hard truths about things that might make you uncomfortable—-in the interest of informing its broader audience. Jalopnik reports on all vehicles of all sorts, be they cars, trucks, cybertrucks (sigh) , planes, and yes, even the odd yacht. That they choose to report on…
There should be some kind of swing away beam on each side of the tunnel that gives a good loud whack to anything higher than the lowest part of the tunnel.
*sheepishly also raises hand*
They’re gonna need a smaller boat!
You know what’s great, though. After waiting for a while on a steaming hot platform, a train FINALLY pulls into the station and you think relief is on the way. Then it gets even better as the car you are about to get onto is fairly empty. Sweet AC is in sight. Then the doors open and the AC is broken in that car. The…
Dealer must really be taking you for a ride on the sale if they’re willing to eat the credit card fee for a $10k charge.
Change intervals are based on mileage OR time. Time will kill a rubber timing belt as effectively as mileage, if not even more so. Clearly this thing has spent an awful lot of time just sitting around.

But at 41, and someone who was in on the ground floor with PCs, smartphones, 4k AV equipment, drones and a bunch of other techy nonsense, I never thought tech would infuriate me the way it does now. If something isn’t easy or doesn’t work the first time, I don’t even want to bother with…
But... people drive trends. And I don’t know anyone who likes these giant screens that require navigating through multiple levels of menus to make changes that a decade ago was a physical button. The consensus is pretty clear - there’s article after article and survey after survey showing that no one likes this.…
I prefer driving fast cars fast.
So...0 to 100 mph?
This isn’t a refutation to what I wrote, though.
Certain colors have always been an upcharge. Now it’s *all* colors.
Black is boring (IMO). It generally looks fine, but it almost never looks interesting.
If you want to go 150mph you probably want another gear in your EV.
