Thank you for recognizing this... no one else seems to realize that it is there for a reason and runs all the way around the car. that line is like my single favorite element of the car. it really defined the f40 and f50 too

In two separate interviews Brian Scott has said that he saw the #7 get turned coming off of turn 4, and that he kept his foot to the floor to make it to the line with as much momentum as possible to get to the line even if that meant getting in the wreck, bc its the last lap and you have no other choice.
