Just got back from a trip to Italy and saw a number of the new Golfs and GTIs...not really all that good looking compared to our Mk6 GTI.

Just spent a week driving a Guilietta around Como and Chianti...not the most dynamic thing, but comfy suspension, comfy seats, looks nice, and cruises comfortably at 90 on the autostrada...
Exactly the same thought I had
Weather radar indeed. Company I work for owns one of these for commuting between offices on the east coast. It's a pretty sweet ride and the pilots seem to think quite highly of it.
The bit about landing on the moon, getting bored and leaving the keys in the rover is pretty hilarious IMO.
Yep much much much better. And subaru actually funds pet safety research. Also, the chevy ad uses a NEW equinox in a retrospective showing the girl learning to drive...eh..yeah.
A lot of this looks like an ergonomics fail. For example, scrolling, which will be a common operation, requires reaching over to the far side of the screen, which will be more distracting. Why not put the scroll bar on the left side and stick that utter waste of space left tray with the time and signal strength…
Hmm, I have an MK6 GTI and drive 10 miles round trip per day so in theory this would be kinda perfect as a commuter, while remaining not terribly slow. Somehow, the combination of electric and performance that's been made acceptable by the 918 and the P1 is starting to make a lot of sense. Give me a bit more…
That's actually quite pretty....
It looks like a Chinese knockoff of the already sort of ugly NV200...
White out conditions. Guess how many cars had their lights on. About 50% of them. I flashed my lights at every idiot driving without them. You can barely see in front of you so lets be even more difficult to see to those around you by not having your lights on.
Hey only 48C away from absolute zero! Wee. At least give credit to msatlas for the source image that you shopped :-)
This happened in Chelyabinsk...guess that meteor really messed up some people
Please tell me some of that money is going towards making their cars more reliable...
My wife's Mini Cooper does...
I have yet to see a 3 Series GT in the flesh...how many has BMW managed to sell?
I should add, I really want to like Subaru...I would be driving one if Subaru still made something as attractive and swift as the previous gen Legacy GT wagon. Plus all the pet safety stuff builds lots of good will...but ugly + chintzy feeling + pricey just doesn't cut it when the competition has gotten much better…
So first you insult me, and then you claim that a CVT actually made a car more responsive (not) quieter (who DOESN'T love engine drone) and more fuel efficient (meh, but who cares)...I have driven enough CVTs to know they are all terrible and my buddy who was actually shopping for it aptly described it as making the…
