Due to Nasa layoff's, they are actually collecting data in a frantic attempt to find someone who can land the darn thing.

I wonder if they said to one another, "Hey... let's get as small an animal to study as possible" to try and figure this one out.

It really seems like all these... "Nasa see's for the first time ever" pictures really all look the same. I mean I would have 0 clue what this was.

I'm wondering why this concept couldn't be applied to fiber. Instead of reflecting, piping it to fixtures for instance all over the house. It would be more upfront cost but if you had a 'central lighting' like you have 'central air' or 'central vac'.... I'd be truly impressed.
