I tried something like this. There's a piece of me that is the DIY spend thrift but the other geek side of me that wants it high tech. So... the latter won in this circumstance.

I used to love Sony products and I use a lot of Apple products now so this article is interesting. However I may be way off base here but I'd be interested in seeing if anybody has the same feeling on this.
