I was just going to say these are perhaps the tackiest cars released so far this year. Props to BMW for completely dropping the ball.

Remember, in 2020 you can’t live in a first world country with all the privileges that come with living in a first world country without decrying all the horrible things that happen in said country at every step of the way.
First saw this on a 2003 S600. Was confused as hell about what was going on.
Hey, I use a Nokia! And it has held up better after 2.5 years than my former-Galaxy S-whatever due to lack of software bloat. But that’s besides the point I’ll admit.
TL;DR but I have seen videos of the car and, as a fan of MB, I have to express my disappointment. The S-Class introduces a lot of technology which is bespoke to the car but it didn’t in this case and actually borrows a lot of it from others, namely BMW and Audi.
I thought it was the new Hummer thing from the front. Then I saw the back end:
I agree, and I’m glad a regular has finally called them out on this. When I consume a piece of entertainment, especially related to cars which have ZERO to do with politics unless you’re talking about the industry maybe, I try to detach myself from the political element as best I can.
Are you sitting at the bottom of a cliff right now? Are you commenting from there?
All the 2008-2014 Toyota Corollas sold where I live have this weird musty/melting plastic smell. It is godawful.
As far as I’m aware, the T50 is fairly conventional. Whereas the entire problem with the F1 engine in the AMG is to figure out how to adapt it for road use.
I didn’t know vehicles sitting in a climate controlled garage have to be touched by barley. Is that for a good omen or what?
I’ve been frankly very disappointed with this car. After BMW did most of the technical development of the Supra, you’d think they could make a brand new sports car on their own. Instead, they bought the rights to the Accord Coupe and slapped some kidneys on it.
I agree with the TT-RS but for the sake of being a contrarian, that is just a fancy Golf. And the R8 is just a Lamborghini. Or Lamborghinis are just Audis now. I don’t know.
I’m just laughing at the thought of someone driving a Panamera with an aux cable.
BMW has perhaps the most capable lineup of any luxury carmaker, but also the dullest, maybe just as dull and clinical as Audi’s.
You keep trying and failing then. I’ll enjoy being expressive at the expense of the easily-triggered. Not anyone’s babysitter.
It’s sad that you’re probably a big boy (or girl) now and you can’t see the irony in what you just said.
Also another point I wanted to add: this was called ‘Nice Price and Crack Pipe’ for the longest time. Yet the language police only decided to show up when it was conveniently pointed out by the author.
I don’t live in the US so I didn’t know this. Am I being willfully obtuse too? Should I start frantically googling everything that’s offensive on the planet just so I could talk about cars on the internet without feeling like I’m stepping on a landmine?
My point was, how can anyone constantly abide by the rules of language and speech, when there is no set standard at all, and the goal post changes everyday (not to mention language and ideas are inconsistent across the globe)?
