Between this and the Northstar V8, and god knows which other design flaw, is Cadillac fronting? I’ve been told that Cadillac is less expensive than the Germans down the road, and doesn't suffer from these complications. Or are the Germans just 10 times worse?

On the ’cars have faces’ subject, when I was really young, I used to see faces in the rear end too. If the license plate is on the trunk, the car is smiling. If it’s on the bumper, the car is frowning. Anyone else?

Agreed, Unlike the S14 Silvia, which is just worse all-around than either the S13 or S15, the R33 is a strange one. I think it’s the worst, hands-down, in GT-R guise, but the best as a sedan. Strangely it’s also the best-looking GT-R when it’s the LM model.

Wasn’t there a rumor that the Escala previewed a future 4 door coupe? I might be remembering this incorrectly though. So I would speculate that the Omega CT5 would have been the Escala but due to cost cutting they had to come up with this instead.

Im not a designer but visually I don't see an issue. The door has to go straight down, the hood line has to be perpendicular. Don't think you can do much about that.

The Altima now offers AWD so it has that going for it. I don’t recall what those other cars you mentioned are.
