As a person who sincerely believed that not getting her period until she was 14 was God’s way of punishing her for masturbating...LET THE TEACHERS TEACH. In a moment, a teacher can re-route a lifetime of shame. If just one adult in my world had told me that masturbation was healthy, my life would have been different.

I don’t know, I think not developing or understanding sexuality leads to a lot of frustration and depression.

I felt sorry and still feel sorry for all the religious kids in my high school who married real young and never had any sexual experiences outside marriage.

That’s not what they think though.
