I took my daughter and her friend to see the show on Wed (then we waited in line for 90 minutes for Black Tap UUGH). They enjoyed it. It’s very fun and I was totally entertained. None of the songs were that memorable but the actors were amazing. Karen was my favorite.

I saw it both in DC and in NYC in previews. (I have a 15 year old daughter if it wasn’t obvious) It was thoroughly enjoyable to this 51 year old and a huge hit for the 15 year old.

I saw it in DC during its preview, too. Overall, I enjoyed it, but much like with recent movie-to-musicals I’ve seen, I found the music utterly forgettable. I can’t remember a single song from the show. In that regard, it was more Groundhog Day for me than Waitress (which I love!).

Agreed! I saw it in DC as well and definitely enjoyed it. I just wanted to hug Gretchen throughout most of it though.

It was fine. The actress they got for Gretchen is fantastic, Cady no so much. It doesn’t hold a candle to Book of Mormon, but that’s a high bar.

I went a few weeks ago during previews and loved it. It was basically everything you could want it to be.

I’m seeing it tomorrow - eeeeeee!!!!!! Then Harry Potter and the Cursed Child later in the week.

Same. I was hesitant and skeptical because musicals are my thing and I have a professional background in music and music directing....BUT, it won me over! It’s fun and family friendly and the music is GOOD. Solid B/B-. I enjoyed going.

Me too! I even have the album. I was talking to some of the locals and apparently being in the show is kind of a rite of passage for PEI teens/actors. Whatevs, don’t let the cynical Americans change your ways, PEI!

Kaley Cuoco wants to be married yesterday.

My dealer lives in Atlanta where I digital order them for $4 but here in Washington State, they’re $5.

Little Brownie Bakers (Louisville) or nothing!!

This sounds wonderful. I’m glad PBS is doing it and not a different network.

Jasmine assumes sole rule of Agrabah, Aladdin and the white prince run away together and get gay married.

Will there be more beard weave and pot ledom remixes?

Every single thing about Terry Crews makes me respect him more.

This is just like my password at work, why do they keep making us change it what seems like ever week, i just want to pick up my keyboard and smash the computer.

How could I forget about this beautiful gif. And Billy Bush, the guy who set Al Roker’s teeth on edge in this, is gone now too. Byyyye

Same

No, Justin Timberlake is just the appropriate gift for a child. Gotta outdo DJ Khaled buying a baby a cartier bracelet.
