@fupa17: Some countries are getting a pay2play structure instead of a full money down one to discourage piracy.

@brixish: In the Case of RDR all the first shipment copies were Preorder editions regardless if you preordered (Ya... I know.... ). The other possibility is someone cancelled a preorder and the associate was nice enough to give the guy the better copy without even saying it was the better copy.

@trippyliquid: From another perspective... had you been a secret shopper she would have been doing everything right as far as the company is concerned. She can't force you to buy the used one. @ArmoredCavalry: Frontline was a PS2 game that was a halfport of Allied Assault. Any PC gamer worth their salt already has a copy of MOH AA tucked aside somewhere as it is still the best MOH game.

@Zac Shipley: Early preorders on Steam for people who also own BFBC2 got "early" access to the beta before it went up.

@suppaman: MW2 Hardened came with a digital copy of CoD original from PC for the console of choice. They didnt release this item to the general public for purchase for like 2 months so kind of a decent bonus even though it aged poorly.

I might consider an xbox grab on this if it existed and was $30. I just picked up the PC version with all 3 DLCs off steam for ~ $20 US on that ridiculous sale they had. Fantastic game really ashamed I hated it when I first tried it when it originally came out.

@no computers in texas: Most likely they used them because they are the most easily implemented PC gamepad currently available. Ps3 controller requires crappy third party drivers, Wii controller would take even more fuss, and Keyboards suck for driving games so I can only imagine how that would go. Corded 360 works…

As a Leon Kennedy fanboy I was actually impressed with that call. I like supernatural and yeah I can see that guy pulling it off..... Well right up until his mid-boss is John Cena? Bale as Wesker might work though.

Thursdays Unreal Tournament Deal was an instant buy even though I had discs for half those games buried in a box somewhere. I mean seriously less than $14 US for the convenience of never having to actually find those is worth it alone :P.

I work at a Canadian store and we already had to explain twice today thanks to kotaku that the Canadian promotion is you get $75 for the system than all further trades just stack on for extra credit (IE Hard Drive, extra controller, yada yada) There is a games to hardware…
