I think we should still be allowed to be critical about his past opinion and content. There’s a respectable way of doing it and I don’t condone what some are saying in the comments section right now, but I also don’t think we should all just automatically be praising him as a saint.

There is no reality where the screen, joystick, and buttons are not complete shit. Just a huge waste really. I also would have prefered their red MVS design, I have no attachment to this one personally. I’ve never seen a Neo Geo arcade cabinet look like this in the U.S.

I hope not - they keep talking about the dream of one Switch per person - but I think it’s probably likely.

Nintendo has made a lot of “right” moves with the Switch but this...this ain’t one of them. I couldn’t care less for NES games whether they have online or not but the biggest gripe I have is blocking cloud saves behind a paywall. If there were another way, fine, Sony does it too but Nintendo doesn’t provide another…

You have to use smart phone app to voice chat. I can’t and won’t get over that. Nintendo’s inability to build voice chat into the console, something that we have had in various forms for three generations is redonkulous.

...so those are the first set of NES titles? They’re underwhelming. Some of them are just first-gen stuff and not really all that memorable(Balloon fight? Soccer and Tennis?).
