Did anyone catch the old lady at the end of the animated credits walking what looks like Mrs. Gambolini instead of her dog? In season 1, they said there were clues in the credits, but this is the first time I noticed something strange this season.

Since “bet” wasn’t explained on the show or in this article, this oldster (me) had to Google it.

“Bet on it,” if you disagree with what they’re saying, or “you bet”/”for sure” if you agree/acknowledge what they’re saying. Context matters.

I have no idea how he managed it, but Lynch somehow managed to make a soap opera about a murdered international teenage hooker so...heartwarming and comforting.

To a non-super hero fan like myself, her costume looks no different from any other in the genre.  I’m not getting the criticism either.

I’ll never forget when Robert Redford got fucking raked over the coals by outraged future audience members for not looking enough like Bob Woodward when pre-production photos from “All the President’s Men” were leaked.

I’m either in the minority or a quiet majority, but I like how these shows give minor characters more to do. It makes the world feel more alive, and means fun characters like Darcy aren’t wasted on a handful of scenes in Thor 2.

It’s amazing to me that there’s a significant proportion of online people who (correctly) criticize Ezra Miller for creepy, violent, groomer-y behavior while in the same breath defending Johnny Depp. 

He looks like he smells really bad.
