Just craft and break down the Maxdoc mk3, its an epic healing item that you use common/uncommon components to make and gives common/uncommon/rare/epic components when dismantled. Alot. Im 55 hours in on my playthrough and I pickup and breakdown everything as well as crafting things just to break them down to get the legendary components and I am still only at lvl 16 crafting. I cant say for certain but I would assume it is a very real possibility.
