@Marand: I figured the performance wouldn't carry over on a real machine, I just couldn't believe how bad it was even with the virutalbox extras installed.

Education and awareness is the best solution. It doesn't involve taking away any choices, and we can all laugh at the stupid parents who ignore it.

@Marand: I gave KDE 4 a second chance. I downloaded the latest Kubuntu.

@Marand: I haven't used KDE since 3.5 as I don't like 4.x. From what I remember, KDE always felt bigger, with a lot more stuff, and generally more of a memory hog.

@LeoSolaris: GNOME is much more lightweight than, say, KDE.

Haven't tried it yet but Vindictus looks pretty cool.

@Is this the end of Milhouse: There are some lag issues that are causing people to be in one place but appear in a different place. I'm sure this will get fixed in a patch soon.
