@sirtalis: I guess that when Apple and ElJobso said that a 3G will run iOS4 but with crippled features that wasn't enough of a clue for you to maybe not bother with iOS4 because it was for me? It's like looking at the minimum requirement for software. If your computer just meets it there's really no point in getting

@achmaheid: Rogers is not taking pre-orders. You'll have to wait order on or after the 30th. Odds are unless there's a leak we won't know the pricing until release day as well. Other providers will probably do the same. Rogers is offering a special deal for anyone that has bought ANY TYPE of mobile phone before June

@phinn: It's called blowing things out of proportion because it's a slow news day. It's the last resort of bad journalism.

@Applerain: Those aren't eyebrows. They're those new-fangled iPhone band-aids.

What if this is a regular feature of upcoming OSX release except instead of a lower price or no cost being the incentive to use the feature, the incentive is to is give the user get value back some other way, let's say with credit for the iTunes store. @Howdun: Don't have to jump. I live in Canada. Free tethering is small consolation for how Rogers and Bell rape users with their plans. You have to buy the $30 for 1GB of Data for free tethering with Rogers and thats on top of your voice place and extras. Kind of makes tethering useless except for checking email.

@4nth0ny: I'm sure then that you've read the rumor that Sprint may be eliminating their unlimited Data plans in favour of plans similar to AT&T.

@MacAttack: What's to get? You obviously haven't realized that AT& T and possibly every other mobile provider in the world were not and are not ready for the onslaught of mobile data users. They aren't able or are unwilling to increase the capabilities of their networks so instead they tax you for the privilege

So where exactly in all of that rambling does it explain why it's time to move on?

Suits are just a big bag of hurt.
