Don’t think there is any question it’s going to break $2B. Question is just how high up the all-time list it can go at this point. Could get as high as 4th if it gets to $2.07B which seems very possible.
On the other hand, the online discourse (especially the top levels) realise that it doesn’t matter what they say, they get paid by those watching them say it.
I just figured that if Avatar was a one and done, people would in general be fine with that but if another one came out, they’d go see it if it was put out there in large numbers.
