Wait!  You’re using facts while he’s taliing about stuff that he just knows is true.  That’s not fair.  You should be ashamed of yourself using actual evidence like that.

Is a system for carrying more than a handful of people through the tunnel an add-on?  Most transit systems consider that fairly important.

I forget.  How do you ignore idiots on this site?

I love SpaceX and hope it able to acheive much of what it hopes.  TBC is not SpaceX.

The train I ride to work can exceed 80 mph on areas where the stations aren’t close to each other.

1. They’ve proved nothing of the sort.

Subway tunnels can be 45' in diameter. The space is used to include two sets of tracks, escape routes, etc. and also fit vehicles that can fit 1000 people, not 6. The costs of building a subway also include things like stations. Based on what the Boring Company’s tunnel can currently carry, a real subway tunnel is

[citation needed]. The Boring Company offers vague statements, mixing what they “will” or plan to do with what they have actually done. If they really had such low costs, why wouldn’t they give us some precise cost accounting or at least specific disprovable claims?

Be fair, somewhere in the range of 4-8 parallel tiny tunnels with rail and multiple switches between them, you’d start to get close to something that could move a decent number of people in small trains. Can the Boring Company deliver that (with stations, ventilation, fire escapes, etc. for substantially less than

To the extent that the tunnels are cheaper than those used for subways, that’s largely because they’re smaller, which is also why they can’t carry remotely close to the same number of people.

Drive down a steep hill. Do not downshift. Ride the brake.

Price should be about $200,000. Musk and Tesla have said they’re working on a truck that will fit another pickup in its bed. They have showed you pictures of such a truck that is clearly based on the Semi. Musk has said they don’t expect to sell many.

If you’re dumb as fuck, how do you really know that you ran the whole course???

Yeah. You and I know that, but we also would marry her husband.

“’hating cardio’ does not coincide with being an above-average distance runner, and the fact that she thinks it does, makes all of the very dumb things listed in a-d all the more plausible.”

Because she’s not terribly bright, didn’t know she missed the turn, and actually thought she got a decent time?

Crap.  I almost choked to death laughing at that.

You must be a ton of fun at parties.

Well, actually the wagon was kind of killed off by fuel economy standards that applied to cars and not trucks or vaguely truck-like SUVs. Manufacturera could sell only small vehicles, invest in making large vehicles more fuel efficient, or jack them up a few inches, call them trucks and escape CAFE standards, get out

Remember almost half of the people who voted voted fro Trump in 2016.  Not everybody is capable of rationally assessing facts.
