This is the first complete hull loss of a composite airliner (like the Boeing 787) so this is an odd sight because we’ve never seen it before.

I was highly skeptical of his casting in Batman, but damn if he didn’t deliver as always.  His lecture to Bruce in the restaurant in particular was great.

Let’s not forget, and should go without saying, Angela Lansbury’s one-take recording of Beauty and the Beast was also better than the pop version. Not the singers fault (Celine Dion and Peabo Bryson are formidable), it’s just pop versions of musical numbers are typically lacking.

Problem with framing Manhattan is that the attack was meant to be from an otherworldly alien that galvanizes folks to get past our petty partisan differences and pursue peace amongst the threat. By making it Manhattan, folks would just blame the US.
