not exclusively focusing on white voters’ issues is “discounting” white voters? the democratic party is built on a coalition of black & brown voters—courting racist white people as a democrat will never work. they will not vote for democrats, and then loyal democrats won’t vote for you.

not to WK the greens, but they have no grassroots strategy whatsoever. they trot out another idiot candidate every four years as a spoiler. there’s little to no green party members in local governments across the country. their grassroots game is WEAK.

i totally understand this & i witness a lot of anti-black racism in my family as well. i helped found an “asians for black lives” chapter in my hometown with the advice & guidance of the local BLM chapter. i’m really working hard to liberate myself from anti-blackness so we can all achieve true liberation.

also, lots of asians are muslims! american muslims aren’t doing so hot, last i read the news.

i’m south asian, and while i’m not disputing that african americans are treated inhumanely in this country, this isn’t oppression olympics and it’s not a competition. it’s not fair to compare what’s happening to black americans to asian americans; they are not the same.

did i say the NRA would open fire on the protesters? i said it will bring out the crazy gun owners who will use their firearms to intimidate the protestors, and maybe shoot them too.

i am really scared for them. they’re doing great work, but a protest against the NRA will bring out the nutty gun owners who will fire at whoever seems unfamiliar.

totally agree with ya, but i was happy to see that kenny basically went back to tell lee that he could be a good guy if he chose to be, and that kenny believes there’s a nice person there. i fully believe a racist needs to be called out...but kenny was just a lovely, nice, generous person, which was also kind of nice…
