yeah. we forget pretty easily what crack cocaine did to cities. bill clinton has called it a failure and a series of unintended consequences.

i thiiiiiiink we know each other—my friend was your roommate for a while!
he is such a terrible, terrible human. i worked at nonprofits in indy, and i would see him at events and he’d shake everyone’s hand but mine! i try really hard not to call people racists, but when you don’t shake the hand of the one woman of color in the room, it stinks like shit.
she is a national treasure! wish i could have done this to mike pence when i lived in indiana.
can you give an example of her anti-semitic statements/actions against bernie? i haven’t seen any, and she was just endorsed by a big jewish organization, wasn’t she?
i also think lots of clinton supporters just...don’t use social media in the way that sanders’ supporters do. older voters definitely don’t spout around, screaming, “yas queen” to every pro-hillary thinkpiece they see. they don’t vote in online polls, hence why bernie pulls ahead in every online poll, and they don’t…
ya’ll seem to think that the only place to go from the status quo is up, but i don’t know if you remember the g. w. bush years...
this is a pretty good write up from an indianapolis publication explaining the ins and outs of the bill in greater detail:
i just moved away from indiana because of this fuckwit. really feeling it for my ladies there, though, including two sisters and a shitton of female friends, who will bear this burden. sigh.
is she aware she’s been using public restrooms with trans people likely forever?! i don’t get these bills—trans people have been using public restrooms for as long as cisgender people have been!! ARGH!
i love hillary, but she’s flawed. so is bernie. his weird praise for fidel castro’s health plans are so tone-deaf. that asshole (castro) quarantined people with HIV for nearly 8 years! 8 years!! they don’t have same sex marriage, or any sort of civil union alternative, either! ugh. bernie. come on. be better.
the reagans are to blame for this, but hillary needs to be very, very careful and thoughtful. it would have been easier not to bring this up and just focus on the alzheimer’s advocacy since hillary is still the only candidate with a plan to fund alzheimer’s research. i’m not sure why she brought up HIV at a funeral…
i mean, he still said it. i didn’t say it was sexist, just straight up mean.
i’m not following why that’s hypocritical. she’s basically just opened up the door so that voters can decide if that really matters to them, unlike sanders’ campaign which has basically tried to “educate” any voter who thinks it’s time to have a woman president.
agree. it’s definitely relevant to a LOT of people. i’m not sure why she’s being skewered left and right for basically saying, ‘yeah, some people are gonna consider that and if that’s important to them, vote for me!’
i got tears in my eyes reading this. i feel this, so hard. it’s very hard to explain.
uh yeah. i’m a hardline hillary supporter and i want a woman president, but i would never, ever vote for sarah palin or any woman in the GOP, ever. i’ve literally never heard this one time. she is aggressively anti-lady.
it’s a crime!
exactly. he agreed to new hampshire and now is saying that unless she agrees to brooklyn, he won’t do the NH debate? SORE LOSER.
