I never should have sold my 67 122s... I think about it almost every day, best car I ever owned hands down. I do recommend getting a B20 (2 liter) engine or big bore and an m45 (overdrive) trans though if you do much highway driving. They really are as hard to break as they say and dead simple to work on.

I owned a cherry one back in the mid-nineties. Looks wise, anyway. With a fresh tune-up it would get about 9mpg. When it ran. Drove like a brick with square wheels. Wired by union labor (United Electrical Gremlin Workers). That being said.....I’ll take it. I’m seeing a nice zebra pattern where the wood was.
