A while back I was driving down Pearl Pass (going from Aspen towards Crested Butte), I got to a spot that I have always taken Sally Alley on the way up, while the tougher line has a number of ~18-24” steps with cracks and ruts. I was on the way down, said “f*ck it, I’ll go the fun way,” gravity was on my side anyway.…

It was just too bad that most of the examples that you find have their junk fuel injection system. The SU carbs that the Amazons got were much simpler to work on, parts are easy to find, and they’re easy to tune (change of season, change the fluid!)
