I don’t even think this is legal in society. I cannot imagine an employee of, say, Dunkin Donnuts cracking a stick over someone’s head, breaking it, then pushing them to the ground. It is plain old assault. But, it is why I don’t watch hockey. It is the WWE of ‘real’ sports. A joke.

Except for the fact that he never really used his taxpayer funded millions to do anything for charity, never led the charge to raise money for the underprivileged. Maybe that doesn’t make him an asshole, just not paying back the city that made him unbelievably rich, which I personally count as a duty.

I really don’t find it racist at all, and according to polling, neither to the, umm, Native Americans. If they don’t care about it, why should I? The Redskins thing may be a bit too much though (although Native Americans don’t really get too upset about that one either).
