I want one of these to join my "street" bike and track beater... Tame enough to start on, but hoonable....

WRT to how the screen looks in pitch dark while serving as an alarm clock, the only factor that matters is how eye searingly bright the screen is when you fumble around trying to remember how to kill the alarm.

Only because they didn’t run the test in TX, bro...

Hold on, let me get a hose and some gloves for you....

Yes, the percentages may be different in asia/africa, but there the dividing line is more along the lines of, will you survive a 25 mph crash in it?

I think you missed the point. The sign is for the busybody (who is probably so full of themselves that they won’t bother to read anyways). The person pulling off the smash and grab is probably not going to take the time and read an overblown warning label. If they didn’t notice the kid, their not going to notice the

“There’s exponentially less risk associated with every one of those scenarios you listed...” Where are you numbers? Are they the back of the rectum type of numbers?

I see what you’re saying, but the video of the test launch doesn’t show nearly such a large heat shield as to cover the capsule.

The capsule is designed to withstand the heat of reentry, so the rocket exhaust is likely no big deal. The system is wholly automated, so it’s not like they need to look out the windows.

I don't know much about the law, but why is it that individuals get hammered when someone borrows their car, but business can hide behind the 'frolic v. detour' or a host of other protections? For example, under the Michigan law you linked, immediate family members are presumed to have "consent and knowledge," but no

Just curious, why can't they run the exhaust through the center of the prop through the spinner like they occasionally did in WW2?

How "poor?" Considering that the Porsche 918 is nearly 900K, a Tesla or even an i8 would be "poor." For Poor, how about an old CRX? Or a gen 1 miata - driven by an old lady they can get 40 mpg

Mouth guard... that it's in the process of spitting out.

Inside, it has some fantastic looking Recaro seats, but I have to say I'm not that impressed by the rest. Especially the steering wheel. It looks like it'd be more at home in a junkyard Festiva than a rally Ford. We'll have to see if it's terrible when we drive it (hint).
