Bring your computer downstairs? No, just look up Motionjoy. It lets your PS3 controller connect to a pc or even better, emulate an Xbox 360 controller. If you don't like the 360 Controller, for some reason, you can remap the buttons and control sticks to any button or mouse function.

Why yes, yes you can. Especially since they moved the GFWL marketplace website to Xbox.com. But you still have to download with the GFWL app though.
