I honestly can't say at this point I'd even bother with episode 3 if it weren't for Tom Hardy and Franka Potente being in this show. I guess that extra 23 minutes were worth it though, since that's the only time something interesting took place.

I, for one, enjoy the increasing layers being added to make the pope seem like a typical villain. We started with ominous music, and now he's just a dark silhouette. Episode three, he'll be holding a white cat when sitting at his desk. By episode 4, I hope he starts laughing with a "bwahahaha" sound.

Since you seem to be the authority on this, be honest: is this young pope speaking on your behalf or just going the fake it til you make it route?

I think thus far my favorite thing about the show is the background ominous pope music.

For me, there's just no ensemble out there stronger than the cast of Rectify.

I went into this episode preparing myself to Be an emotional mess, so it’s a good thing I had plenty of tissues handy for the extended episode. I was in tears before the opening credits rolled when Janet told Amantha she was her hero and never fully recovered from there. I particularly lost it when we got the prison

That's great to hear! I was skeptical going into it since King adaptations are always a crapshoot, but by the end of the 2nd episode I was completely hooked. I hope you enjoy it.

I didn't think it was possible to gross me out more than that scene in the morgue at the top of the season, but that putrid breast feeding might have induced some gagging on my part. I was wondering if I had zoned out and missed how they warped back to present day, so its good to see it wasn't me. I guess last week

That scene in the bathroom between Janet and Ted is completely indicative of what I will miss about this show. Beautifully framed, intimate exchanges of earnest emotion. It was such a simple scene, with little dialogue, and yet it left me in tears….as did that promo for the finale. I'm not quite ready to let this

There was so much going on in this finale, and surprisingly I felt it was the most fun of the season. My 2 favorite moments had Felix, the idiotic tech guy who, if I didn’t know better, is doing his best to doom humanity. The first was when he discovered Bernard was a host and immediately he paused for an assessment

I can't think of any show that does a better job of flying through 30 minutes of my life. I'm constantly in shock at the end of the episode going, "wait, that's it". It was a little unnerving to see Ash be so nonchalant about riding next to a dead Pablo, but I guess after you've seen all the shit he's seen, what

I think its quite adorable how Teddy just inserted himself into the family enough times that he eventually became an honorary member. I saw him sitting in the truck behind the Belchers and found myself wondering how he got there, but of course he was just sitting in the restaurant while Linda made plans and invited

I'm quite please HBO is bringing this show back for a 2nd season, but had it not, I could have lived with this finale since the relationship between Issa and Molly is paramount. The actresses just have such a seamless chemistry with each other, unlike most comedies, I feel like I'm watching 2 real world friends.

Ok, I'm going to get hung up on something little here so bear with me. Of all the ways to die, why would Maeve opt for burning herself? Sure it made for a great visual representation for her decent back to hell, but I could help but think if there were a sure way to destroy her harddrive, fire would be it.

With just a little over a month left in the year, I’m pretty sure Maeve’s “If you go looking for the truth get the whole thing. It’s like a good fuck, half is worse than none at all.” is on track to be my favorite quote of 2016.

It was hilarious how the accountant wasn't even trying to hide his dislike of Linda but was won over with tape fingering his face. I can't believe it took him that long. I would have been sold when she kept asking if she was peeing her pants.

Oh, and the biggest laugh from me tonight probably came from Linda and that damn song she was singing while peeling potatoes slayed me " Peeling my potato, trying not to fart. I'll just let out a little one, it's my little secret " and Bobs reaction to it "I know, I have to live with you."

Sometimes it’s almost too painful to watch Tina scenes because it drudges up long repressed pubescent memories like thinking that eye contact could be true love.

For a second I thought my eyes were deceiving me, but I’m stoked to see Lili Simmons has joined the cast. Hopefully she can bring a little bit of the fire(or more) she had as Rebecca Bowman, and join Thandie Newton is sending chills down my spine. Her introduction being done during the player piano’s Back to Black
