Fried chicken. Most time consuming part is cutting up the entire chicken, but I've done that dozens of times and with practice it's a quick process. After that it's like 8 minutes from breading to chow time.

Basically everything DS already does but with more localized content. Kinda like a sports version of the ratter concept. As a bostonian, it'd be cool if someone's full time job was to rouse rabble and produce exposees on area sports personas.
