I disagree this means she’s offended (on her own behalf). I read it as she found it really problematic that someone as dead average (or smaller) as she is was labeled plus size, because then young women who wear a 10-12-14-16 or larger are going to think they must be horrible whales.

I’m 5'2" and 160 and wear a size 8 at the max. Like in DvF, not at Target. Some of it is build. Some of it is the weight of muscle. There’s very little rhyme or reason to this.

I can’t be the only one who was like, “Are we sure Chance IDs as a man, or is male?” I have to say, with Chance’s gender-inclusive language and having a tampon on hand, I leaned towards transguy or gender-queer person who either menstruates or has menstruated at some point.
