Not only do I endorse the selection of the E30 as the best compact sedan ever, I also own one.... as my daily driver.... year round. I've had a bunch now, though out my life. I just seem to keep coming back to them. They really are that good.

Reverse sensors. I used to poo-poo them, until I had to drive a 200 foot long Ford Econoline for a year as a work truck / daily driver. With that thing, you never knew where the ass end was until it hit something. Or at least, that's how it would have been had it not been for reverse sensors.
