Firstly, fuck you for the fat joke.

Well, in the comics every Reed Richards but the 616 version went off the rails and became a villain, so they could always bring back the Reeds from the Fox versions as alternate universe foes for the new Marvel version, especially if they ever bring in the Council of Reeds. Since they have a younger Reed for the new

Pretty evil on Mettenberger’s part. The real master plan:

Absolutely NOT. Senor Foggy was awesome!

Is it OK to be optimistic about Batman v. Superman? Because I’m optimistic about Batman v. Superman but I’m positive I must be breaking some kind of law.

I thought the destruction was entirely appropriate considering it was a face-off between aliens with god-like powers. Superman, reluctantly using his powers all these years and never in a fight, vs Zod and co who are harded warriors. To think that clark would have any control over a situation like that seems

He still saved the world, right?

No he just has guilt fueled nightmares about being buried under piles of human skulls, and turns against his own species to save humanity, he doesn’t care at all. . .

How exactly is superman supposed to protect metropolis while in india? Remember the whole alien planet killer he was taking out while the us military took on the kryptonians?

I disagree. Look at All-Star Superman, which all but eliminates Clark Kent and focuses on the idea of Superman embracing all that he is - a god, basically - and seeing how that navigates itself. It focuses on the amazing things he can do and those alone are interesting enough. No need for the alter ego.

This is one of the dumbest criticisms about Man of Steel. It wasn’t a very good movie, but this is at least something I thought they got right.

Saw the movie last night finally. Typical complaining about nothing as usual nowadays by the jaded younger generations. The movie was outstanding and easily the best Superman film I’ve enjoyed so far.

And cue 100 comments on “WAAAH! An artists interpretation of an entirely fictional character who has been visualised in 100 different ways doesn’t match my personal intepretation so the world is WRONG!” Don’t like, don’t watch the movies. Sit in your mom’s basement reading comics. Like an eight year old.

That’s exactly what I was thinking. He looks better than a lot of 50 year olds I know.

For being in his 80s, he looks fantastic.

We cover the topic of debt often here. I understand your frustration, but financial goal planning is still relevant for a lot of people, and this is a personal finance blog, so it has a place here. As mentioned in the post, this method isn’t for everyone.

Early UFC was so great. Watching not MMA trained athletes, but karate vs wrestling, ju jitsu versus big brawler (like Tank Abbot) or hybrid wrestlers-strikers like Shamrock was awesome.
