It is not uncommon among African American women.  Very often they do not like the caliber of men they attract and would prefer to be with women.  Now you or other people might call me racist, but several African American women have told me this.  

I interpreted your comment to mean that men have to try twice as hard as women in the courtship process. I am a man and I think that is an understatement. I think that it cannot be quantified, but I think that men have to try significantly more than “twice” as hard as women.

CRT is right for acknowledging that educational inequity has a lot to do with historic and current systemic racism. However, to admit students who are clearly not prepared to do well at that college is actually doing those students a disservice. It doesn’t matter why the student is unprepared to succeed.

And frankly, a lot less racism against Asian Americans in general. Right now, most non-Asian people think that Asian women essentially belong to white men, and Asian men are essentially nonentitites.

There would be a lot less harrassment of Asian American women if they were willing to date Asian American men.
