I would love to see Congressional hearings on steroid use in Hollywood, with Mark Wahlberg, Vin Diesel, The Rock, Zach Efron, and Ben Affleck ordered to testify. Maybe as an SNL skit.

I think that the superhero movies really need to deemphasize male muscles.  It is pretty ridiculous.  Check out Hugh Jackman as Wolverine in 2000.  He looks like a regular person.  Over the years, he got buffer and buffer to an unnatural point.  It is hard to imagine him having that physique without steroids,

Mark Wahlberg’s workout regimen is outrageous.  I also think that he is way too buff for his own good.  He is distractingly muscular in his films, especially when he plays a regular suburban person.

Zach Efron looks like he was on steroids in Baywatch. I think that watching tv is much easier for cardio workouts treadmills, stationary bike, than it is for weight training.

I am a man, and the whole Zach Efron treatment made me cringe. I like it when Jezebel covers male body image, but it usually seems clear that the article would have benefited from a man’s perspective before publication.

She is 87 and is doing planks and pushups.  Yowza.  I really wish I had bought a door-frame pullup bar while I still could.

I am not black, but man I could really go for a haircut right now.

“In reality, there is probably no time in history when Western men have had a better shot at getting a partner because more women now can earn their own money, which makes a man without any means a more likely potential mate.”

I was just about to go to wikipedia for “Baahsten,” but then I realized, oh, Boston, right.

I wonder how it would affect Joe Biden’s chances if he pledged:

I was wondering if that was Ronnie Wood.  Guitarist for the Rolling Stones, and before that Faces, and before that The Jeff Beck Group.

Practically every private college does receive public funding.  Another thing is, a lot of low-income high school students attend private colleges with full rides, which they often could not get from a public college.  I have no idea what Panama’s nephew’s family’s financial situation is.

What is included in transportation?  IF you are paying for room and board, are you not on campus, or at least near campus?  Does that number represent the average cost of transportation from a student’s primary residence and the college?  If so, that is often a significant consideration, but it varies quite

1940? I would have thought that the last survivor of slavery would have died in the 1960s. As in, a child born slightly before the end of the Civil War, and living past age 100 or at least approaching it. 1863 - 1961 or so.

I know right?

Yeah, chicken legs. The other commenters are saying that kilts flatter portlier fellows. And this Meloni guy is pretty jacked with a notably toned ass (or at least in the past). I am the complete opposite of that. In my defense, my face is quite charming.

I am super skinny, I think that a kilt would look really awkward on me, right?

I am lucky to be a teacher (I rarely get to say that). And right now, our jobs are significantly easier. We just had a week off and are now doing five weeks (perhaps more) of “Distance learning.” Worksheets, online assignments, video conferencing. Far less work than usual, and I don’t have my long commute nor recess

I totally thought Madonna was Miley Cyrus

I am a teacher, and I have to say, this is a pretty cushy time for us. We were slated to return to campus on April 1, and today that got pushed back to April 27th. We are doing “Distance Learning:” worksheet packets, online assignments, videoconferencing with optional participation for students. Not nearly as much
