I think that a left handed second baseman is probably the easiest one to get away with.  Second basemen frequently throw to both sides, and the throw to first base isn’t that far.

You clearly know and care more than I do about Title IX. I think that boys care more about sports than girls do. And, football necessarily leads to big rosters, and offering a longer list of girls sports so that girls roster spots matches boys roster spots seems like valuing equality over equity.
