That's a fair question, and there was a good bit of debate on it. It's still a plenty fun game, but there are a few things we didn't love about Forza 5, particularly the decreased scale and microtransaction-based economy. When it came down to it, we had gripes and lingering issues with Forza but no questions at all…

I'm surprised Forza 5 isn't on this list. Would it be possible for a Kotaku staffer to offer the reasoning that prevented this? I say this as someone who fell in love with racing games because of Forza 3 and 4, and count Forza Horizon amongst my favorites.
