One of the things that has been really lacking in recent Final Fantasys is all of those minor little traditions, from Genji armor to hidden summons. I really hope Tabata and crew bring back that element of discovery and wonder that makes Final Fantasy games feel like Final Fantasy games.

I rather liked how the Beauties died/knocked out in that game though. There was just something very surreal with them all disarmed and walking towards Snake as if to wanting the fight to end. It basically dared the player to kill or knock them out.

The problem with an all-male cast in FF XV is two fold.
