thats because the MPAA basically forced the theater companies to enforce their "rules." there is no law that governs who can see a movie and who cannot.

Good thing I don't pay attention to movie ratings as they are just determined by a random group of regular people. It kills me to see the many quality movies that come out every year only on Netflix or something similar because they were NC-17 for too many boobies or penises, and therefore no theater would carry or…
R-rated movies are 17+ if you go by the MPAA, though why would one want to do that?

There are always bladless fans. I saw a demonstration video of one a few years back that was meant to work in a computer tower. It basically worked like though ionic breeze fans that QVC and Brookstone sell but much smaller and better built.
