That’s easy. You don’t have people pay book labor. You have people pay the true labor. Those statements about operating at a loss for X number of years are semi-disingenuous. I think any company could operate at a loss indefinitely, if that loss was say... $1 a year. If they have $5Billion in the bank, and they lose $1B a year, they can’t operate for a decade+. They could operate for 5 years.

You need to upgrade your internet package to the ‘Gold’ tier to be able to access that.
