They could sell JUST a virtual console. No carts, no memory cards, etc. Just a console with controller ports that will take NES, SNES, N64 or GC controllers and just sell that with a login to buy VC ROMs.

You get 1 or 2 mbit for free, but if you want actual decent speeds you have to pay.

We’re the same way. Our kids are almost 3 (twins) and up till recently their bedtime was around 6:30PM and they’d sleep till 8ishAM straight through. Now we’re pushing it till about 7:30PM, but they nap (at least for the Nanny, not for mom and dad!) from 1-3ish daily.
