Stock clutch will go out on you numerous times. VW will replace it under warranty, but they don’t have a fix for it, just keep replacing it with a shitty unit that can’t handle the stock GTI power.

Sadly, the OEM clutch is horribly incapable of keeping up with the stock GTI. Even less so once modded.
